Italy has one of the best volleyball competition systems in the world for both, men and women: the best players from all over the world come to Italy to play professionally in the most recognized Superlega (for men) and Serie A1 for women, but with more than 300.000 players and 4.600 clubs, Italy offers great opportunities to train, play and work in volleyball at all levels.

During the OMI Master’s degree, student-athletes will meet national and international recognized volleyball coaches as well as professionals from the working-world of the sport such as weight trainers, club presidents and managers, technical directors and scoutmen.

By attending OMI student-athletes will not only have the opportunity to get a Master’s degree in Sports Management, play volleyball at high level or expose themselves to the various opportunities in the volleyball working world; they will also directly experience the fascinating Italian culture which is full of history, traditions, sport, art, cuisine, and much more.

The program is designed for student-athletes searching for a global experience and willing to find opportunities within the volleyball world in Italy and Europe.
